Follow-up Comment #29, bug #36718 (project octave):

I checked in your changeset here
(http://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/octave/rev/f0e777cf348f).  I also announced
in the NEWS file that the definition of the kurtosis function has changed from
"excess kurtosis" to just kurtosis.  The NEWS file is a ChangeLog for
user-visible changes that are important or that might change behavior from
previous versions.
