I have implemented these two options with cset aacb9da13df6 and cset
adb0ba0d0c13.

There is two problem with setting LoopCount though. The bigger one is that we
can't set it like Matlab does (see long comment in the cset
http://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/octave/rev/aacb9da13df6#l1.7 ), and the other
is that we can't set it to loop once (again, see comments on the source
http://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/octave/rev/aacb9da13df6#l3.23 )

Anyway, we are dependent of this being fixed in GraphicsMagick or we change
library for image IO.
