Follow-up Comment #28, bug #37672 (project octave):

I think there has been a regression, although I'll have to go back and
re-compile to make sure.  Here are my results on the most recent tip:

run-octave -f : works (in GUI)
run-octave -f --no-gui-libs : works (in raw CLI)
run-octave -f --no-gui : BAD

Maybe the problem is that when running --no-gui the CopyClipboard function is
not available since the GUI isn't running.
