Follow-up Comment #5, bug #40501 (project octave):
Agreed. The importance of addressing some of the issues with edit.m meant
adding new dialog boxes and strings. Therefore, I think we should unfreeze
the strings, apply this patch, and issue a *new* call for translations after
any remaining issues in the GUI have been fixed.
