Follow-up Comment #5, bug #40545 (project octave): This is really strange, setupUI is a function that is automatically generated when compiling the ui-file (settings-dialog.ui) of the settings dialog. The ui-file is in turn generated by qt4-designer where the dialog box is graphically composed. All program code involved is generated by qt itself. But you can put the fprintf-messages into the function setupUI in order to isolate the issue. The function can be found in ui-settings-dialog.h in build-dir/libgui/src. Be careful, the file is overwritten when the ui-file settings-dialog.ui in the source-dir is recompiled. _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?40545> _______________________________________________ Message sent via/by Savannah http://savannah.gnu.org/
