Details:

Checking a snippet created by a registered user in Agora requires
registration. Trying to check the following snippet

http://agora.octave.org/snippet/ZEnw/

returns the message "You need to register first if you want to see the
content. Register for a new account or log in."

Should registration really be necessary? Without logging in (and I don't have
an account), I can't see any of the example snippets on Agora. It is weird
however that I can see mine (created anonymous)
