Follow-up Comment #4, bug #40892 (project octave): By crash I don't mean an error message but the whole Octave application just crashes and exits; one has to restart Octave after. I am on Octave 3.6.4 but the control version is 2.4.2 which was the default available from the windows install. I also did zero(G), pole(G) and G.scaled=true.
