Follow-up Comment #1:
This warning message is likely due to having an older incompatible version of
LLVM installed alongside the 3.2 version that you specified to build with. I
get the same warning message when I install both of the llvm-2.9-dev and
llvm-3.2-dev packages in parallel.
Note that the message does unfortunately call it a bug, but the configure step
finishes successfully and Octave should be built with LLVM 3.2 correctly.
Closing as invalid.
Unless you are specifically requesting that the warning message from the
conflicting header files be taken away, in which case feel free to reply to
this report and it can be reopened.
