This message appears upfront:
"Another Octave installation (version 3.6.4, 3.6.4) has been detected. It is
recommended to uninstall it if you intend to use the same installation
directory. Do you want to proceed with the installation anyway?"
It needs not be shown at all unless the user selects a problematic destination
directory.
