Details:

if you click on the top-right corner icon, it works as expected.

if you double-click on the title bar, it doesn't do anything.

if you double-click on the "Editor" text, near the top-left corner, it fills
in the entire screen, excluding the its own title bar, and violating the
Windows taskbar.

pls see screenshots attached.

the only way to restore it (othen than docking it) is to manually edit the
.config/octave/qt_settings file and delete this record:
address@hidden(0 0 1280 768)
