Details:

When configuring my octave build with llvm-3.2 I get the following warning:

checking llvm/IR/Function.h usability... no
checking llvm/IR/Function.h presence... yes
configure: WARNING: llvm/IR/Function.h: present but cannot be compiled
configure: WARNING: llvm/IR/Function.h: check for missing prerequisite
headers?
configure: WARNING: llvm/IR/Function.h: see the Autoconf documentation
configure: WARNING: llvm/IR/Function.h: section "Present But Cannot Be
Compiled"

configure: WARNING: ## ------------------------------------------ ##
configure: WARNING: ## Report this to http://octave.org/bugs.html ##
configure: WARNING: ## ------------------------------------------ ##

llvm-3.2 is built from corresponding sources.
I used '--enable-jit' and the most recent tip of octave dev.
