Follow-up Comment #4:

The attached patch also adds help for options that the help command does not
actually support. Perhaps another intermediate patch is missing.

In any event, no followup from the reporter in over 16 months, closing report.
The original patch was applied. Feel free to reopen or attach an updated patch
that applies to the current source and does not document nonexistent options.
