Follow-up Comment #9, bug #40695 (project octave):

The language files in the gui-release branch are not immediately updated when
there are string changes because strings are changing frequently in this
branch. The language files in the stable branch are up to date. 

However, I have pushed an update with changeset 
http://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/octave/rev/ac664a250eab
I tonly contains changes in line numbers not in the text strings themselves.
