Follow-up Comment #6, bug #41371 (project octave):

The only suggestion I have is to make sure you type keywords, not function
names. I thought it wasn't working once when I tried typing "rand" and got
back nothing. Try typing "fun" or "end" into a blank document. If no popup
list appears, and you are sure the preference is enabled, then this may be
specific to Win 7.

Can someone else with Win 7 test whether the GUI editor keyword completion is
working?
