Details:

(extremely minor bug, but I figure it's worth mentioning and it's probably
easy to fix)

If I hit ctrl-D to exit the interpreter, it doesn't print a newline before
exiting.  The next bash prompt follows the last octave prompt on the same
line.  I'm using the "terminal" on Ubuntu 12.04
