[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #41661] generate_package_html page header contains wrong links

Follow-up Comment #2, bug #41661 (project octave):

I wrote a small perl script a long time ago that changed all the links. At the
time I probably thought that the pages from the packages would fetch the links
from somewhere else.

I can fix this again on the server side but I think that the right fix would
be not to change the link on the generate_html package, but to have the header
on a single place which gets included.
