Follow-up Comment #9, bug #39532 (project octave): I have revised the functions following your advices. I have also added a test suite to hgsave () to check the various formats. Just to keep track, there are still two open questions about the '.ofig' extension and the try/catch statement in hgload (). Of course, I am always open to improvements.
