Details:

With hg repository code the function gustafson_kessel faisl to execute due to
missing function, that according to Changelog were renamed (changelog also
says the function was edited, but it clearly wasn't).

I have fixed fcm.m but I am not sure of gustafson_kessel has to be corrected
in the same way.
