The issue occured at Windows 7 Professional SP1.

Yes, I tried the released Version 3.8.1 and this error did not occur again for
now. Maybe, this tells you anything? 

Actually, I was about to comment, that this bug seems to be solved in the
released version, however, I did not tested that too much in detail, yet. 

I still face some smaller problem when resizing the Command Window, but I will
open up a new ticket for this, if this second problem should remain.

So far, I think this bug can be closed?
