Update of bug #41921 (project octave): Status: None => Need Info _______________________________________________________ Follow-up Comment #1: Your first bug sounds like a readline problem. What version of readline are you using? Do you have an inputrc file with custom settings? With readline 6.3, I see no pauses in pasting to the command window other than stopping to match close parentheses. If I disable the readline variable blink-matching-paren, then there is no delay when pasting at all. I can't confirm the second bug at all. Do you mean that it does not wrap and start a new line when a long line is pasted or entered? It works correctly for me.
