Details:
Operating System: Windows 8.1 in desktop mode.
If you click on a .m file which is associated with Octave 3.8.1, Octave will
run and load the file but all quit and exit buttons are not functional. I
have to kill the process from the Task Manager. If I run Octave 3.8.1 with
--force-gui, then load the .m file, the quit and exit buttons work correctly.
