Thanks all,

I tried Torsten's hint to delete the qt-settings: For now: It does work, i.e.
I cannot reproduce these strange outputs and the error  - for now.

I will continue with my steady work with Octave and will let you if this
issues occurs again (Somehow, I have the feeling , that it will...). Anyway,
thank you for your help!
