Details:

(OK a matter of taste:)

In 3.9.0+ (gui-release) and 4.1.0+ the editor file tabs on Windows are quite
low, apparently to allow more room for edited text.
However, the tabs are so low now that (IMO) legibility of the file names on
the tabs is affected; close inspection shows that the close button doesn't
even fit in non-active tabs anymore.
See attached pic. 

Can the height of those file tabs be increased, please?
