Details:

After using the new GUI for a few days, there are a few things I have noticed.
These are very minor - I am only putting these comments out there as a
personal preference and with the greatest respect for the developers who did
all the work.

The idea is basically to cut down on whitespace in the GUI. Please see
attached image.

1. Merge Editor Menu and Main Menu. There are quite a few redundancies.

2. Merge filename bar with Line: Col: bar. These are largely complementary
insofar as they have whitespace in opposite places - perhaps they can live in
the same space?

3. Suppress tooltip popup. Would be a nice option.

4. Allow to disable code folding. Again, would be nice option.

5. Suppress scroll bars unless needed. I think I mentioned this in a previous
post and it was difficult. Anyway, just added here for completeness.

6. Merge Command Window / Editor toggle bar with the title at the top of the
screen. Rather than having a title bar saying "Editor" and then another toggle
bar saying "Command Window / Editor", you could have just a single bar with
the toggle.

7. Allow to suppress status bar, which is basically just whitespace.

Thank you for creating this software! Apologies for my nitpicking comments :)
