Headers file will be in devel if you are using Red Hat or something like that.
If you are running Arch, pcre headers are in the pcre package, there is no
-devel package. If you are running Debian, it's on the -dev packages (not
-devel). And these are just the distros that I know of.

The error message already says that it needs the PCRE headers, it should be up
to the user to find them or we would have to get error messages for many
distros and versions.
