Follow-up Comment #2, bug #42462 (project octave):
Although the posters initial problem should be solved by installing mkoctfile
(see link to FAQ) I've added the maintainer
Alois Schloegl to CC.
@Alois, do you think its feasible to edit the Makefile (or use GNU autotools)
to omit the warnings (see below) for missing MATLAB files?
I think these could consternate users even though TSA is installed
successfully.
