Details:

Hi,

when octave crashes (or more precisely when it does not react anymore and I
kill it by pressing ctrl+C) it attempts to save the current workspace in
octave-workspace before closing down, which might be useful in some
situations. However, what would help me much more would be if it would save
the current command history such that I would have it available after a
restart. Would be great if that could be saved as well.

Thanks,
ajf
