Follow-up Comment #7, bug #41198 (project octave):
Please excuse me for disturbing, but dragging editor tabs doesn't work on my
installation:
MXE Octave 3.8.1-4 => Qt version 4.8.6
Windows 7, 64 bit
(The patch says: "Check whether the Qt QTabWidget::setMovable() function
exists. This function was added in Qt 4.5.")
Might this be a regression? Or Windows only?
