Details:

I found, when I try to post a comment in the Agora's paste-bin like service,
that http://agora.octave.org/comments/post/ webpage throws the tipical django
error.

IntegrityError at /comments/post/

insert or update on table "django_comments" violates foreign key constraint
"django_comments_site_id_fkey"
DETAIL:  Key (site_id)=(1) is not present in table "django_site".


That occurs, more precisely, when I set my name and email adress but I do not
fill the URL field. The text field for the comment should not be empty. If it
is empty the error does not appear. It just tell me to correct my errors.
