Follow-up Comment #3, bug #42760 (project octave):
In that case, why is /usr/bin/octave-cli-3.8.1 linked against
/usr/lib64/libblas.so.0 and /usr/lib64/librefblas.so? Because of the linkage
to libblas.so.0, octave wont even start.
