Follow-up Comment #1, bug #42774 (project octave):
Are you using fltk or gnuplot for plotting?
I think I might add "close all;" near the top of the script where you have
"clear;". This will shut any open figure windows you have. I don't know
exactly what is going on, but the complaint from legend has to do with
multiple axes in the same figure.
If that doesn't work, try adding "close all;" before each new creation of a
plot window.
