Write ENGLISH please! Not everyone here speaks German, but I don't use Octave
with Win7, so I cannot help you.
This is also the wrong place to obtain help from the community. Consider using
the Help-Mailing-List. https://www.gnu.org/software/octave/support.html
Tell us there how did you setup your system, where you got you installer from
and alike.
