Thanks for your bug report. I think you are missing the Octave tab because the
version of QScintilla2 in Ubuntu 10.04 (version 2.4.3) did not have Octave as
a supported language. There should be an Octave style tab if you are using a
newer version of QScintilla2. The best way to resolve this is to upgrade your
Ubuntu. There does not seem to be an Octave bug here. If I'm wrong and the tab
still does not show up using a newer version of QScintilla2, feel free to
comment here or open a new bug report.
