Follow-up Comment #7, bug #43274 (project octave):
It's not so much a problem typing "make openblas" but rather that it took a
week or so for me to realize it wasn't being used even with
--enable-openblas.
It's just an opinion but it would seem that ./configure --enable-openblas
should utilize openblas.
