Follow-up Comment #3, bug #43515 (project octave):

Yes that is the issue that I see. But I don't understand image and imagesc ---
is the 0,0 location in the top left corner for images and in the bottom left
corner for plots? the array that spegram produces expects the 0,0 to be in the
bottom left corner. and when we look at a spectogram we expect 0,0 to be in
the bottom left corner.
