Details:

The GUI offers the posibility to detach every window (for example the command
window) into a separat window. Common behaviour for Windows 7 and later is if
you double click either the top or bottom part of the windows border it will
be strechted vertically to match the screen height. Instead, in Octave the
window borders just disappear and the detached window keeps the exact same
size. One can't restore the borders in this state.

This behavior also happens when double clicking on the left or right border
part of the detached window.
