Details:

If one types something on the command line and then switches to the editor (or
everywhere else in the main window) the blinking text cursor of the command
line won't hide.

More thoughts: In case you switch to the editor we basically have to cursors.
This is confusing because currently the subwindows inside the main window have
no focus indicator (like a darker border or something) and thus if you type
you can't be sure where the typed text will appear.
