Details:

The gf function (class constructur) in the communications package currently
appears "not implemented" on Octave Forge.

Simply generating the documentation afresh, using the latest (dev)
generate_html package, fixes the problem; see attached tarball.

As a bonus, a few erreoneous links are also fixed.
