I think it's OK now, mxe just went past "[build] octave" to "[download]
openblas" & "[build] openblas" for octave-4.1.0+ w 64-bit indexing.
(I'm curious if the new sound functions work fine on the Windows side. I never
use those but it'll be nice to be able to show them)
