Details:

Failure with unknown DECLARE_OCTAVE_ALLOCATOR and DEFINE_OCTAVE_ALLOCATOR.

I also tried the code from mercurial with the same issue.

Patch attached from mercurial code that removes DECLARE_OCTAVE_ALLOCATOR and
DEFINE_OCTAVE_ALLOCATOR.
