Follow-up Comment #1, bug #38152 (project octave):
First step towards the solution.
It gives a better plot, but it gives the same treatment for "axis square" &
"axis equal"
todo:
1. differetiate between "axis square" & "axis equal"
2. adjust __actual_axis_position__ (h) for 3D plot
