Details:

Does not affect functionality per say, but when I type in the GUI command
window, the cursor trails the end of the command.  For instance if I were to
type in: fprintf, I end up with a blinking cursor over the "r".  This is
happening with the courier new font and all other monospaced fonts I've tried.
