Follow-up Comment #6, bug #43769 (project octave):
Unfortunately, the patch also breaks lazy-loading package objects. Let's say
you have a package with a function, like +pack/fun.m, and you try to execute
"pack.fun()", it'll fail if the package hasn't been loaded before.

pack.fun()
=> FAIL

meta.package.fromName('pack')
pack.fun()
=> SUCCEED
