Follow-up Comment #9:

So the only remaining issue here is that openblas is built but not used. This
is basically the same as for the Windows build. The result of the mxe build
process is all dependencies get built, including alternatives like this, but
it's up to the user to deploy and choose which alternative library to use.
That seems fair to me.  Can we consider this working as expected?
