Follow-up Comment #3, bug #43974 (project octave):
The functions are MATLAB-only functions and can thus not be found in the GNU
Octave function library.
The current version of the generate-html package will not add hyperlinks for
@seealso functions (cf. my observation in #43725). A recreation of the
documentation would remove these dead links.
