Update of bug #44204 (project octave):

Follow-up Comment #1:

Confirmed here. The way this is handled is the terminal widget decides whether
to interpret the "copy clipboard" action as a copy to clipboard or to send an
interrupt signal to the Octave interpreter. Qt handles the platform
differences between what the default key sequence for the "copy clipboard"
action should be.
