Update of bug #44236 (project octave): Status: None => Need Info _______________________________________________________ Follow-up Comment #1: Thanks for your bug report. Since you imply that this used to work with the same version of Octave, I'm not sure that this is an Octave bug at all. Any idea about what has changed on your system recently? Can you paste the caret symbol from another program into the Octave command window? What is the default editor? Do you mean the editor in the Octave GUI or another editor program on your system?
