Follow-up Comment #9, bug #41215 (project octave):
I agree with all but the first item. There should be a common solution for all
packages built in to the pkg command to fix bug #41298. Or do you have a
portable one-liner that can easily be stuffed into every Octave Forge package
to make tst files?
