Follow-up Comment #1, bug #44329 (project octave):
I saw problems like this once while I was working on the changes but I've
built a number of times now from scratch without problems.
Is __init_fltk__.oct actually generated in your build tree now? I think my
problem was that it wasn't generated correctly. I thought I fixed that
problem and it is working for me now with the changes I checked in.
