Details:

The summary at the end of configure shows "yes" for OpenMP if the user chose
to enable it (or enabled by default) but not whether OpenMP was detected with
the compiler. This should be a trivial fix to set the variable to "no" if the
compiler tests fail to detect OpenMP.
